Sidney is amazing!! First off she made me feel comfortable with the gym. I wasn’t a be fan of the gym but she helped me make it into a habit and something I look forward to daily. Crazy to think cause i didn’t think a person could enjoy it, from my personalized workouts to just talking with Sidney. Not only did I have a trainer but obviously a friend someone I could talk to about anything. She helped teach me correct forms while pushing me. If I had a pain or something in my body we would learn to stretch it. I learned what mobility stretching was and why it’s so important for you. If I wasn’t feeling the best she would adjust the workout to still push me but not to the point where I wasn’t able to do it. She taught me to listen to my body and what it needed. Overall, I 100% recommend.

Sidney is always super supportive and really encourages me to get out and move my body/eat healthy even if I can’t make it to the gym that week. She cares very deeply about her clients and their needs, which can be hard to find these days. Sidney’s Total Body class is amazing! She combines many different types of exercises to create a perfect session. Participants will use equipment for some moves while using body weight for other moves. The layout of the class changes each session, so you will never get bored or used to the same routine. This class is a perfect mix that is sure to leave you dripping with sweat!

Classes are a fun social setting with a great workout. A judgement free group there to help push you and endure together. Can’t recommend more! Fun upbeat music and lots of modifications given for people of all abilities. If you have any problem areas, Sidney will give you different workouts or modifications to accommodate. Get out of your comfort zone and try something new! Go alone, or bring a friend!

Sid is spunky, energetic and an absolute gem to be around. She pushes you but also respects your boundaries and abilities. There is never a dull moment with her. She tries to distract you when she knows you’re struggling to get through a set and makes you laugh to not think about the pain.
