We have unlimited information at our fingertips when it comes to health and wellness. At times it may feel overwhelming and hard to distinguish what is real and what’s a cash grab/scam. I’ve compiled resources on exercise, diet, sleep, mental health, and lots of other topics that are important for our quality of life. I also have written a few programs/guides myself.
